  • Standard / Ready-to-Wear Items: Standard, non-customized orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 24 hours after successful payment confirmation (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

  • Custom-Made / Personalized Apparel: Because our custom garments are crafted to your specific measurements and preferences, please allow an additional [3–7] business days (Note: You can adjust this number based on your actual tailoring speed) for production and quality checks before your order is shipped.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Shipping availability may vary depending on local regulations, courier coverage, and customs requirements. If we are unable to ship to your specific location, you will be notified, and a full refund will be processed immediately.

3. SHIPPING FEES
